JOPLIN, MO. (AP)-son of Joplin family received the Habitat for Humanity homes will also get a full scholarship to Missouri Southern State University.
Joplin Globe reports that Bruce Speck, President MSSU, announced a scholarship blessing ceremony for Saturday for ten projects for Joplin chapters Joplin and Tulsa habitat for Humanity.
In addition to receiving new homes, 10 partner countries the family was informed by the University’s intention to point offers full scholarships to all children of a family project.
Point says Scholarship are aimed at helping children living in Joplin and become future leaders there. Under the offer, 26 children would be eligible for a free college education if they choose to pursue it.
